Orders and Contract Formation<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"1142\"><li data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"924\"><p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"924\">Orders are placed via the hoood.baby online store.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1008\"><p data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"1008\">A contract is concluded at the moment the operator confirms the order by email.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1142\"><p data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1142\">The operator reserves the right to refuse any order (e.g., in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or technical issues).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"1144\" data-end=\"1147\" \/><p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1176\"><strong data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1174\">3. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1508\"><li data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1309\"><p data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1309\">All prices are stated in [insert currency] and include VAT (where applicable).
